Reiki Distant Healing
For clients who are unable to attend an appointment in person I can offer reiki through distant healing. Distant healing
can be just as effective as carrying out a reiki session in person.
Sending reiki in distant healing is a thoughtful and wonderful gift that you can send someone who is abroad and is feeling Anxious, Stressed or unwell.
What is the procedure for distant healing?
You will recieve a phone call to arrange your first session A distant healing session is caried out by a pre-determined date and time and will last about 40 minutes.
If you are receiving the treatment, I will send you a text message or email 10 minutes before the session begins, this is so that you can prepare yourself and get comfortable and quiet during the time of the session. You may wish to play some soothing music thats not invasive to help you relax.
It would be advisable to ask your partner, family and / or friends ect to allow you some time not to be disturbed during the 40 minutes session.
If possible do not cross your arms and legs during the session.
What information do I need?
What I will need from a you is your full name, country they are in and if at all possible a photo of the recipient as a point of focus sent via email.
Once the session has ended it is advisable to allow your self a short time to come out of relaxation and for the next couple of days drink plenty of water to assist with the body's detox .
